What is “GOYMAXXING”?

Goymaxxing is a term used to describe the process of becoming a full-blown goy, or someone who has fully embraced the habits and choices that are detrimental to their well-being. These habits and choices can include things like watching and gambling on sports, eating low-quality processed foods, watching porn, talking to ChatGPT all day, listening to mainstream music, consuming alcohol and drugs, and many more.

These habits and choices are bad for a number of reasons. For one, they can lead to physical health problems such as obesity, heart disease, and addiction. They can also lead to mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Additionally, these habits and choices can be a waste of time and money, and can prevent you from achieving your goals and living a fulfilling life.

Some other examples of goymaxxing include: spending excessive amounts of time on social media, watching TV shows or movies that are not intellectually stimulating or informative (i.e., reality TV), engaging in mindless consumerism (i.e., buying things you don't need), neglecting your physical fitness or hygiene routines (i.e., not exercising regularly or showering daily), avoiding difficult conversations or challenges in favor of comfort or convenience (i.e., procrastinating).
